LIGHTENING STRIKES TWICE: Braye Park to host second GF live-screening, as McDonald Jones sells out in under a minute

Grand Final Week

TWISTING THE KNIFE:
Tickets to the local live screening of the Knights premiership match to be shown at @mcdonaldjonesstadium this Sunday have sold out in under a minute.

Locals are losing their mind because not only could they not get tickets to see history made in person, they can’t even get a spot to watch it on a screen at home.

We understand that all Hunter Councils are collaboration have urgently commenced erecting a second overflow screening at Braye Park at Waratah, and though the park is the sussest patch of turf in the Southern Hemisphere, town organisers have been left scratching there heads about what other options are left.

It is not clear whether the country’s dodgiest commons will be clean and free of its usual debauchery in time for the screening, with one anonymous source intimately involved with the planning arrangements telling this Masthead:

“At this point you get what you get and you don’t get upset.”

Early reports recieved by the Steel City Standard indicate that Newcastle’s high priests of construction, development, and production, including @buildcert and @authorconsulting, are in crisis talks with @chrisminnsmp and the NSW State Government about securing a sight to just build the works biggest stadium.
